Gift journal. The text is a pre-made grid paper block. It's a regular case binding with a bookcloth spine. The cover paper is ThinkGeek wrapping paper. The recipient liked the paper on his gift last year, so I went with a theme this year (the book was sent wrapped in the same paper). I also added a headband on the head and tail to dress it up a bit.
