These are a pair of sketchbooks made from Canson Colorline paper. Half the textblock is an ice white and half is black. The signatures are torn down from single parent sheets and sewn on linen tapes with linen thread. The sewing supports are centered on the textblock, so the book doesn't have a top.
The endpapers are a gray Canson Mi-Teins.
Headbands are hand sewn silk on a hemp core.
The book is case bound. The only difference between the two cases is the spine color. The cloth on the fore edge matches the paper on that side of the book.
